How To - Arrange For A Yellow Fever Vaccination

Yellow fever is a serious infection that causes a high temperature, headache, vomiting, exhaustion and liver problems. A certificate of vaccination is a requirement of entry into some countries.

The Practice is registered with the Department of Health as a designated Yellow Fever vaccination centre. The registered doctor in charge of this service is Dr Neil Paul.

As this is not a NHS service you do not have to be registered with the practice to book for this service. Please ring 01270 275050 to make an appointment.
 

 

At the surgery you will receive a full information leaflet on arrival and an internationally approved vaccination certificate after your vaccination.

The fee for this service is £50 per vaccination. (Price correct as per 15.08.08 - please check for up to date figure)
